GUEST PHOTOGRAPHER

My husband and his co-workers went fishing for salmon in the waters off Farallon Islands and on the way they spotted a passing whale. A half day fishing trip yielded 11 medium-sized rock cod and a mackarel; sadly no salmon. He brought home the fish, I cleaned them. It impressed him that I could gut a fish.

  2. I went whale-watching once in Nanaimo (British Columbia, Canada). It was amazing! So you like salmon? I do, too. Nice photos.

  3. The whale must have been a great highlight of the fishing trip. I'm also impressed that you are able to clean and gut the fish on your own.
