Photo Hunt #22: Hope

Photo Hunt #22: Hope, originally uploaded by airam94564.

I hope there is still hope left for all those who lost their hopes and dreams in the past year.

New year brings new beginnings and hopefully a brand new set of hopes.

Happy New Year.

  1. That's a good idea for the theme. I am also hopeful and feel so bad for those who have lost their homes and jobs. There is hope with a lot of changes ahead which will hopefully be very good ones for everyone.

  35. The realtor sign is ironic in a way. Especially if it is a case of "has to sell". Hope against hope, or real Hope?

Def: hope against hope, to continue to hope, although the outlook does not warrant it

Def: Hope. The theological virtue defined as the desire and search for a future good, difficult but not impossible to attain with God's help.

    and just for good measure:

Def: hope, to look forward to with desire and reasonable confidence.

I find your picture a great comment on the times that has come about the last few months.
