Once Upon A Road Trip

I do my share of road trips. I love it for so many reasons. I love it especially because even a short haul drive would get me reenergized. There is something therapeutic about the open road. And if you live in California just like I do, you'd know there's plenty of destinations for any kind of road trips in your agenda.

Sometimes it's not the destination that matters, it's just the trip. And I love doing skywatching when I'm sitting in the passenger's seat with my camera ready to click anytime.

I was browsing at my albums a few weeks ago and I stumbled upon these photos I took on the drive back from the Central California coastal town of Cambria a few years ago. I remembered that these photos were earmarked for a Skywatch post, but that didn't happen until now.

To pretty as a postcard vineyards.

Spotting old structures along the way is fun for me.

  24. Beautiful pictures Maria - it'd be a shame if you just kept them stashed away in your digital vault (same guilty one here hehehe!)

  26. Just love, love, love these wide open spaces with very few structures! Not something I get to see often.

I apologize for the lack of visits recently. I got transferred to a new office last month and am only just beginning to adjust to the new schedule and work.
