Day 1: People Watching & Shopping
Oh that first day in Venice was so hectic. I don't know how we accomplished so much sightseeing and photo walk in half a day. We even got to do our souvenir shopping.
The shopkeeper happened to be the husband's countrymen. So it was safe to say that we patronize his store for all the souvenir we needed from Venice - the usual Venice loot - masks, magnets, jewelry, etc.
I exercised extreme restraint from buying these. As a matter of fact, I did not even inquire about them.
Just like any major city, Venice is a goldmine for street photography and people watching. When my eyes needed a break from eyeballing all the pretty architecture, they settled on all the pretty people in Venice.
