Roadtrip to Pacific Northwest: Seattle's Space Needle

The Space Needle is the iconic Seattle attraction. It is an observation tower rising 605 feet high, offering the visitor a 360 degree view of beautiful Seattle. Since it is a major landmark, expect the tower to be a tad crowded, depending on the time of day I suppose. There is a separate ticket to purchase if sunset is what you want. The panoramic views of the city is what we came there for, so our ticket clearly stated that we must use it before 4:30 pm (or something like that) and then they clear the observation deck before they let in the ones with sunset tickets.

Anyway, it the views from up there are incredible as you may expect. Paired that with beautiful summer weather, it is a knock-your-socks-off moments.
