Sunday in Napa Valley

On the first Sunday of Spring, we managed to carve out a little time after church and before dinner to drive around Napa Valley to peek at what the vineyards has to offer. We know that we are too late for the mustard/rapeseed blooms, but we're hopeful we'd get some new things to enjoy. These short drives to Napa often give us a little on the spot vacation feel, but also a dose of soul therapy.

Around my neighborhood, spring looks like this.

Spring is very inspiring. Hope we all spring forward to our goals.

  3. I can see why you call it soul therapy, your pics did my soul some good. You are a little ahead of us in the bloom department. We call rapeseed, canola here I think. It sounds a little better to some people I think.

  12. I live an hour or so from the Finger Lakes and would love to visit Napa Valley one day. Spring is barely here; I've only seen crocus and squill in the last couple of days. So it was wonderful to see all your blooms.
