We were driving around Vegas in search of a place to dine when I spotted these electric posts. I thought I'd take a shot in case I would run a series on electric posts later. I have always loved looking at them in tandem with skywatching. So here's my dusk shot of a different Vegas.

It's a very cool looking shot. Makes them look much more artistic than they look in real life around here.
Have a nice weekend.
That's a beautiful shot. They almost look like a ship together like that. Happy weekend.
Beautiful colors on a unique subject.
Great shot. I love the sheer number of pylons. Happy weekend
Wonderful shot for this theme.
Happy weekend.
Stunning. I suppose you need a lot of electricity to power all those slots.
This shot is amazing! Good job!
You almost never see photos of Vegas at dusk/nightfall, without the lights on, so this is indeed a different Vegas. Great job!
Wonderful shot. It's beautiful and, at the same time, gets me thinking of the huge amount of electricity Las Vegas consumes!
There is something very similar to that in the Philippines... forgot the place... I first thought it was taken in the Philippines.
Love the subdued colors here! Well done !
Oh my...definitely not where I want to live!
Lovely photo! So much power running through those wires!
Happy weekend :)
For a 24-hour city of fun, Las Vegas does need all that power!
That's a synchronized wiring. Thinking about the scary wiring in the Philippines.
Very cool shot of the wires high up!
Certainly there's a need for all that energy there.
Beautiful and a very artistic shot!
what a cool capture of electrical wires.
that's a photohunt!
Nicely done electric wires, unlike the ever chaotic PI wires, heheh...love the light glow of sunset too. Have a nice weekend to you too.
That is a cool shot and it does look like a ship's masts. Goes to show how much power that city needs!
You make electric posts look so interesting!!!
oooh. I LOVE this!
Yow, that's a lot of electricity!
My Photo Hunters is up. I hope you have time to visit mine! New York Traveler.net
Happy weekend!
Great shot! It's kind of surreal and foreboding, like the opening credits for a disaster movie.
you make those electrical lines look good. If you want to wander down my road I’m home.
love the pattern of wires.
happy weekend
I like the patterns and the tones in this image - very nice work!
it is the effect that made the photo excellent. night is coming and the sky still speaks of beauty.
wow! and i wonder where you were when you took this shot.
the framing is perfect. i like how you chose where to shot that it looks so good.
nice shot indeed... funny it made me think of long, lonely roads...
