Best Spot to Watch Sunset
Whenever there is someone visiting the area I take them is Land's End in San Francisco. Why? Because I know that someone else had taken them to the usual suspects - Golden Gate, Pier 39, Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown, etc. So far the one's I have taken here have given this spot their seal of approval.
We timed our arrival for sunset viewing to get the most punch.

ReplyDeleteNobody has taken me to Land's End yet. I'd love to go next time in SFO. What a fantastic place for sunset viewing. It has lovely vantage view of the Golden Bridge, too. I love to sit there with a glass of wine. Lovely shots.

ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful day you had, such an amazing sunset!
ReplyDeleteJamestown is in Tuolumne County, south of Amador County. Pretend you're driving from Oakdale to Yosemite...instead of turning right on 120 to Yosemite, you'd go straight, staying on 108. 5 minutes from that turnoff is Jamestown.
What a lovely place. No wonder lots of visitors there. The sunset is awesome!
