Leaving town and driving pretty
Around the Lake Tahoe area, we stopped at a couple of spots to take pictures. It's not easy leaving town without that one more picture to take.
And then the scenic drive that makes this long road trip worthwhile - Highway 395 with views of the Sierra Nevada range.
As you can see we were blessed with good weather for driving, sunny with blue skies albeit a tad cool for May.
SKYWATCH is a weekly gathering of sky lovers and sky watchers.
