The Colors of Napa in Early November
Today we drove out to Napa Valley for a leaf peeping activity, except that well this is California and we do fall colors later than most; thus we didn't encounter too much colors just yet. Some trees have changed into their fall wardrobe, while other clung onto their spring/summer greens. Here are the products of our afternoon in Napa Valley. Fair warning, though, this is a photo heavy post.

ReplyDeleteOh gorgeous gorgeous autumn colours. We don't have this kind of display in Australia as our native trees are evergreen, but we do get pockets where there are imported trees growing. But it is nearly summer here now! Have a great week and thank you for stopping by my blog this week.
ReplyDeleteA fine series of early autumn pictures.

ReplyDeleteBya the way, thanks for visiting my blog and for the comment. To answer your question, Skuleskogen National Park is in Västernorrland County, Sweden.
Fall is my favorite time to go to Napa. Though I haven't been during this time of the year in 8 years. It was the first week of October and the leaves were already changing. Our seasons are unpredictable.
ReplyDeleteGreat colors, wonderful autumn views!
ReplyDeleteAmazing!!!!! How lucky you are to have this beautiful place as a driving distance from where you live!
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful shades! Great post.
ReplyDeleteI have never been to Napa. It is one of those places that have escaped me for a long time. From your photos, I can see that it is a beautiful place. I think I am more attracted to the area for the scenery than for the wine.
