Christmas is over and what have I done? Went to midnite mass @ jampacked Grace Cathedral, ate with family, exchanged presents, worked nonstop, and of course learned a few secrets from family members. It was a wonderful Christmas holidays; next year though I thought I could use a day off before and after the day.

Happy Holidays to everyone. I do realize that I have been remiss with this blog; holidays somehow make one's plate fuller than ever and blogging takes a backseat.

May you all have a peaceful holiday season.

(This was taken, believe it or not, inside Crater Lake NP during the Memorial Day weekend in 2006. Just imagine my horror when we entered the park and we felt like we stepped into Narnia.)

These two were taken this summer. As is true around here, summer brings in a lot of fog. As you can see on the second picture, only the tip of Sutro Tower can be seen. That's the one behind the Transamerica Pyramid.
