Have You Ever Seen The Rain?
In January, not at all. However, forecast calls for rain through the weekend and they say it would be wet next week too. It is raining now and we badly need the rain. EBMUD already sent out notices to customers to remind them that conservation is necessary to avoid water rationing in the summertime.
Again! Amazing photo. Those droplets did a great effect on the picture.
