Sky Watch #22

Been doing a little tidying up the pictures folders when I serendipitously bump into this shot. I thought this is the perfect entry for me this week.

I was a tad sad yesterday for reasons I wasn't aware of until hours after posting yesterday's image. Today is my father's death anniversary so I guess feeling melancholic is but normal. However, bloghopping over to Tiff's blog did give me that boost that I get only from a strong caffeinated joe. Imagine my glee to see Tracy elegantly trying to wolf down a pork sandwich the size of a piglet :) Thanks.

  7. I´ve just came back home from a short walk. The winter is howling outside, the temperature is so low that even my teeth were freezing when I smiled for a while.
And now, sitting with the hot tea, I saw your photo. And it brought me back to summer, holidays and I felt sunshine on my face for a while. Thank you.

  24. This is a magnificent photograph, one worthy of a frame. Blogging is certainly good medicine for us when we are down in the dumps. I've been feeling a bit that way myself lately, and so I escape into my blogging world where all my friends show such grand photographs that can't help but make me smile. My own parents are looking down on me, as I know your father is. And I know it doesn't help much but I do understand. Sending a hug from here in Northern Virginia :)
