Sky Watch #29
PASSING SCENERY II. For the majority of the morning drive on our second day, we were blessed with rain, heavy at times. But there were brief intervals where rain stopped and I was able to roll down the window and snap this one. I immediately knew this was going to be a Skywatch image. All these are drive-by shots.
The combination of mountain and clouds and a little patch of blue sky is unbeatable, IMHO.

Those are fantastic. The first one almost looked like the mountain had crinkly tin foil on it.

ReplyDeleteThese are indeed breath taking. Rain-burdened, sweeping clouds settled heavily on the mountains are among my favorite scenes of our valley but this is just fantastic.
