Photo Hunt #27: Bridge(s)
This week's theme is a no brainer for me. I live in the Bay Area where we have about 6 major bridges that people take for commuting. The question is which bridge. I thought that too was a no brainer. So, here's a bridge that's been considered one of the best and most beautiful in the world
Golden Gate Bridge at sunset as viewed from Berkeley Marina.
Golden Gate Bridge at sunset as viewed from Berkeley Marina.
Golden Gate bathing in sunset glow as viewed from Marine Headlands.
Sailboats about to cross under the bridge in twilight as viewed from Fort Baker pier.
The bridge looms large as husband snapped this from a boat on the way back from a fishing trip in the Farallon Islands.
PC: I wish you would have shown that first shot on SWF, that is a gem.
ReplyDeleteThese are truly breath-taking photos. You are so lucky to live in the Bay Area (right up there with Venice as one of the most beautiful places in the world, in my opinion).

ReplyDeleteFrom the first sight, it's really looked like our Penang Bridge which joined the island and the mainland. :)
