Sky Watch #61
As I was driving to work I managed to see how beautiful our sky is today. It is blue with patches of puffy white clouds exactly like this one the picture. Except that this image was taken in the spring. The minute I snapped this image I knew I was going to show it for skywatch. I didn't know that it would take me until Fall to post it. Better late than never, isn't it.
SKYWATCH is a weekly gathering of sky lovers and sky watchers. Join us.
Absolutely, better late than never... kind of like my Tuesday excursion shots with my wonderful groom... never posted them.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you've got great skies even if you put a proxy here.
Have a great weekend! Hope you recover quickly from the cold!
I'm glad you did finally post it. Such a beautiful sky but also the composition is fantastic. I like everything about this shot.

ReplyDeleteHey, thanks for your comment on my blog and you're welcome to come watch our sunsets from our deck anytime -- I'll even supply the wine!

What a cool sky shot! I love the evergreens pointing you toward the sky.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful. And the pines make a striking effect on your photo.
ReplyDeleteIt's a tree watch! It looks like the set for a play. The trees spiking up and the leaves drooping down . . . as if in a different layer from what is beyond - these make it humorous too. Like a cut - out.
ReplyDeleteThe sky is gorgeous and I love the play of lines of the palm and cypress.
ReplyDeleteHi, btw the photo from today and previously posted were taken in Camiguin. You have to take a banca ride from the mainland of Camiguin specifically in Yumbing to White Island. Actually, it's a sandbar of white sands, no trees, no shade, cool waters, the banca man will wait for you even for long at a price of Php400. Try to visit the place if you get the chance on one of your vacations to PI.
ReplyDeleteThat is a very cleaver shot! One of the most unique I have ever seen...
ReplyDeleteKind regards, Pam :)
Beautiful puffy clouds and the perfect spot to get the shot! Great composition!
ReplyDeleteGreat colors. From this vantage it looks like a well mowed hill.
ReplyDeleteI really like those spindly trees in the foreground, the palm tree, the hill AND the sky the way they are placed in this photo. Well done!
ReplyDeleteI love the way you framed this.
ReplyDeletePrefect composition and framed by that cone trees.
