Puerto Vallarta: Boardwalk Scene
The boardwalk or Malecon especially in the downtown area is hoppening. It is everything that I wanted to see in a city's downtown area. There is shopping, there is art, there is culture, and there is lots of people watching. In some parts it is similar to San Francisco's waterfront area.
An artist at work.
Some of his completed work.
A more traditional artist his studio is the boardwalk.
His works are on display.
Some chose to sit and soak it all in.
One of the many sculptures lining the boardwalk.
One of the most popular is the seahorse by the downtown area.
Los Arcos ampitheater - plays were held here, I was told.
This is also the same spot where the pole dancers perform their show.
