Zion Here We Come!
Use the same exit for Grand Canyon too.
The best bang for my $25.00, hands down.
Let me show you the drive by shots as we neared the entrance to the park.
Are we there yet? Not yet, but it won't be long now.

The colored strata of rocks is very attractive. I think this is one of those places which can't be shot enough. Every picture calls for another. Fine shooting.

ReplyDeletePS: Thanks for your comment on Giant Anteater post. That wild animal is really amazing. When I saw the anteater I had fear to approach because I don't know if he/her will be aggressive...
So my husband did the dangerous task. Lol!
But the anteater looks peaceable and calm.
I have been living here almost for 16 years and we own that house since 1976, for holidays.
Only now I see an anteater near my house. Many years ago I saw one walking on the road and other one dead on the road. Poor animal...
Have a good weekend.
Great shots on the way to national park.
ReplyDeleteDo people also get to rock climb there? Your photos show how amazing it is. Would love to hike there if I were in the area.
ReplyDeleteAren't the mixture of the stratus of soil and rock with the scattering of trees and other vegetation just sublime. Wonderful photo for SkyWatch!
ReplyDeleteFabulous scenery!
ReplyDeleteTalk about a tempting appetizer!!!
