August Sky

I spent my birthday in early August by taking a day off and playing hooky with the hubby in San Francisco. We visited Twin Peaks as a gift to myself since I haven't been up there. As far as skies in August go, it was foggy as expected.

And we ended the day of celebration by taking a Hornblower sunset cruise (yah, we love dinner cruises!) in the San Francisco Bay. The food was fantastic and the music was lovely. The sights of course is superb.

    Twin Peaks makes a fine viewpoint to get these interesting city shots. It was pleasant day for you...and ended so well with a great dinner and more scenery.

    I am sorry I did not inherit my mother's artistic talent and ability in weaving...
    My mother gave me some lessons and I only did a poncho for Sofia and Fernando, not more than that...

    Oh i haven't greeted you on your birthday, so a very belated greetings to you. Those are incredible shots you took up the peaks. I can imagine the cold breeze, but the views are real super fantastic, as shown in your shots.
