Lisbon: Santa Justa Lift
There is a minimal fee to get up and there was a line to get up so we waited in line for about 20 minutes or so.
OUR WORLD TUESDAY
My husband teased me when he learned I am still blogging about Lisbon. He said perhaps we should stop taking vacations until I'm caught up blogging about ones I already took.
Wowser, what a view!!! Your husband is funny!! Tell him we don't mind your memories (and we look forward to seeing your next trip!)......
ReplyDeleteOMG that is so high! I want to try them but very challenging for my soft knees when in high places, hihi. I've been to countries with known towers but i only tried that in KL, then i can't step on the area with glass floor. I almost went to Auckland Tower, but i was shy to ask my sister for the entrance fee. Sydney, Taiwan, Bangkok and Dubai have towers too, but am too scared to pay for those fees. Imagine paying the high price but can't open eyes when already there!
ReplyDeleteGreat views from the top!
ReplyDeletewow amazing city views. Great post.
ReplyDeleteMarvellous views captured!
ReplyDeleteWonderful angle in first few shots! Others are fascinating too!

I've heard of this, it looks great. I'm still blogging about last year's vacations too!
ReplyDeleteWow - the view is amazing! Thanks so much for sharing at https://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2018/02/some-more-from-nasher-museum.html
ReplyDeleteIt was worth the wait to get all these wonderful views from the top of the lift! Lisbon looks like such a pretty city.
ReplyDeleteI know what your husband means--it is hard to keep up with all we want to show and say in blog posts and easy to get backlogged. But that is also a good thing, sas we are never bored and always have something to blog about!
Very nice city views, thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteHa ha... I'm also way behind when it comes to the blogging. :D
ReplyDeleteTalking about this post, the lift looks very interesting. And the views are great. Those red roofs are a lovely sight. :)
What strikes me the most is the colorful roofs : Love it!
