Happy International Women's Day
Cheers to all the women!
And because this is also a SKYWATCH post, I have to add the phone photos I took while on my commute home (March 7). I was very careful, don't worry. I can take photos because there's always traffic. I work 20 miles away and the afternoon commute takes away 1.5 hours of my life every day.
Rain today, snow in the mountains. We need rain here in California; we never seem to get enough of it.
SKYWATCH is a weekly gathering of sky lovers and sky watchers. Join us.
Beautiful skies on a memorable day
ReplyDeleteThose are wonderful variations for different women, only can be taken by a well-travelled camera. They are all beautiful and tell thousand words.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving their brightly coloured clothing!
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful shots.
ReplyDeleteIf the weather guys are correct, looks like our part of California will have rain off and on for the next 2 weeks, yaaay! Your photos are awesome.
ReplyDeleteVery nice sequence!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful collection of female portraits. That's something I cannot really do here yet in Saudi Arabia because photographing women in public is highly discouraged and culturally unacceptable - it's also still probably illegal. In the past, men have blackmailed women if a man gets his hands on a photo of a Saudi woman with her hair or skin showing...
ReplyDeleteSeems to be females from all over the world in your photos. They are beautiful. :)
ReplyDeleteViva les femmes! Your photos do justice to them....
