Lisbon: Excursion to Sintra, part 3

The last stop in this half-day trip to Sintra is in Cascais, a resort town near Lisbon famous for its sandy beaches. It was a brief stop mostly for photo ops. The beach area is beautiful and the coast is rugged and charming, but the weather chose that moment to be a little inhospitable - cold and windy - and I don't think any of us were dressed for the occasion. Still I got to say I got to see Cascais, right?

  14. rather rough environment. Sandunes are hard to walk in. so are the cliffs. Still they are beautiful.
