2018: A Pictorial Year-End Review
We have reached the time of the year where we all look back and reflect at the year that's ending. I really don't know how to quantify this year. It can't easily be described by one word. 2018 is both tough and rewarding; emotionally and physically exhausting, but mentally satisfying at the same time. Now enough about my personal life.
Let's start talking about travel 2018 edition. I have seen more places this year than I would in a one-year period historically. In January, I went on a trip to Ireland where the husband and I drove all over for 8 nights. At the end of April, I enjoyed Maui and the Big Island with the friends we cruise with. Celebrating our wedding anniversary in the last week of May in San Diego with friends and short detours to La Jolla and Mission San Juan Capistrano.
In the first week of October, we tackled a road trip from Salt Lake City Utah to Yellowstone National Park. What an incredible experience that was.
And lastly, end of November we took an epic trip to Egypt. All in all, that's 5 trips this year. Two more than a typical year.
And now for the photos:
IRELAND
HAWAII (MAUI AND BIG ISLAND)
SAN DIEGO (LA JOLLA, SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO)
YELLOWSTONE (AND GRAND TETON)
EGYPT (CAIRO, ASWAN, LUXOR)
Thank you 2018, but I am so ready for 2019. How about you?
