Oakland Murals (featuring Black Lives Matter)


Oakland, California has a thriving mural scene. I've always wanted to drive by the murals, but as you know life happens and there's always something to do that's more pressing. However, recently following the demonstrations against racism, murals featuring the Black Lives Matter movement popped up in the downtown area; and after a Zoom church service last Sunday, we thought we'd drive by to take photos before doing our grocery run.

    That's cool there are so many murals, every town needs more cos I think they discourage graffiti.
