February 2026 Skies
A few of the skies I captured in February. Nothing as spectacular as those from January, but every one is different and beautiful in its own way.
Captured on my way home from work, Feb. 5th.
Also from Feb 5th, getting closer to home.
Another one from the 5th.
On Superbowl Sunday, we went for a walk. What a beautiful day it was.
A little video clip from that Superbowl Sunday walk.
Feb 15. We were bracing for rains, while the Sierras were prepping for a whole load of snow. Unfortunately, an avalanche 2 days later took 9 lives.
One more from the 15th.
And here are a few from a beautiful sunny Saturday, Feb. 21st.
At Eckley Pier looking towards the Carquinez Bridge over Carquinez Strait.
After the visit to Eckley Pier, we drove the back roads of the East Bay Hills. It was such a beautiful day to waste it indoors.
Clouds are the poetry of the sky, painting a canvas of natural beauty that reminds us to look up and appreciate the world around us.

A whole range of winter skies you have for us. From very overcast, to dramatic puffy clouds, to blue skies. I never get tired of the skies.
