Photo Hunt #28: Nautical
I took this shot of the deck used for jogging and walking. As you can see it's empty, no one is around. Let me take a stab at where people at? Eating??? Well, I ate after rounding this deck too.
Amateur photog's online photo cache. All photos are original pics taken by author and her husband. This is not a place to see those awe inspiring Ansel Adams, these are ordinary subjects shot on a whim most of the time.
Wow! You sure have some great shots at the deck area. I could see some beautiful mountains there. :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day!

That looks like a huge ship! I was on a cruise once and it was a small ship.
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day!
As always, wonderful photos! It has been years since I boarded a ship. One of my dreams is to ride a Cruise Ship. :-)
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's!
These are great shots! I love the shadows on the deck in the first one. I thought this theme was kinda hard but you had some perfect ones.
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day weekend!
Great pics for the theme! Happy Valentines :)
ReplyDeleteMy Photo Hunt entry is here
Thank you for stopping by! :)
Great shots of the ship and also of the harbor. Happy Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteI have so enjoyed all your wonderful photographs here. Fantastic shots!
ReplyDeleteLovely shots. I love that part of the world. Still looking for nautical snaps.
ReplyDeleteAll beautiful shots! I'm loving this week's theme!
ReplyDeleteIt had to be a fabulous cruise. Good photos, Mroy!
ReplyDeleteAwesome photos. Are you on a holiday?
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day. :)
I'm sure lots of people were in the dining area or maybe the casino?!?!
ReplyDeleteGreat shots for the theme nautical :)
Great pics all - the cruise you were on: it was an Alaskan one, wasn't it? :)
ReplyDeleteI cool cruise ship! beautiful area!
ReplyDeleteYa, I spend more time in the dining area than on the deck during my cruise. : )
ReplyDeleteWow! Taking a cruise seems like a wonderful idea with your photos :)
ReplyDeleteHVD!
i'd love to be in that ship! i always had a great time on ships during summer vacation when i was a kid.
ReplyDeleteGreat shots. That mountain top beyond seems to have some patches of snow on top.
ReplyDeleteI like to cruise on smaller ships. The big ones have too many people on them, and some fall overboard. LOL They must be too drunk. LOL
Definitely Nautical - nice post.
ReplyDeleteActually I'm commenting here on the Yosemite pic - I just posted a few days ago "Scribble and doodle India Pen Drawing" with some pics of Bridal Veil Falls!! I think you'll like it - I'm a Yosemite fan. Happy Valentine's day!
ReplyDeleteGreat shots, Maria! These are wonderful deck shots! Looks like a great ship!
ReplyDeleteOh thank you so very much for the award! How nice of you! I will claim it now that I'm back heheheh;)
Beautiful pictures. You must have enjoyed the cruise Maria!

Nice entries...I miss riding a ship...Happy Valentines day and hunting too. TC
ReplyDeletemine is also up.
On the recent cruise ship I was on, three complete laps on the promenade deck equals one mile. On any given day, there's a lot of cruisers either walking or jogging there to burn calories from hanging out too much in the dining areas LOL. Happy Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteBEAUTIFUL!!!! My one photo is allot like yours, as in no on there! please come and visit when you can.
ReplyDeleteMust be a lot of fun to be on a cruise ship like that!
ReplyDeleteWith all the comforts life can offer !
Very neat nautical.
ReplyDeleteI used to go to Ensenada a long time ago (about forty years ago). My boy friend's parents had a small trailer in a park just north of town. Ensenada was a sleepy (unless you count the night life) little place in those days. I bet it is really different now. I invite you to come see my nautical cruise in Coastal BC. - Margy
ReplyDeleteI love the empty deck photo. Great capture. All of your photos are great but I love the perspective you used for that photo.

Nice pics :) Hmmm.. I'm thinking of crusing again !
ReplyDeleteyou're really great in capturing clouds... i like the last pic... :)
ReplyDeletewow! i never tried to go up on one of those huge cruise lines.
ReplyDeletebeautiful shots as always.
isn't that lovely? there's a running track inside the ship:D now, i won't get bored. I love the background with the mountain side peeping out.
ReplyDeleteThose are wonderful shots. I guess people in a cruise tend to spend more time relaxing and pampering themselves rather than exercising on the deck.
