Photo Hunt #28: Nautical

I took this shot of the deck used for jogging and walking. As you can see it's empty, no one is around. Let me take a stab at where people at? Eating??? Well, I ate after rounding this deck too.
This is not the ship we were in, but it was close enough to us for me to snap it.

I was on the deck when I snapped this of a Baja marina. We just finished a whole day of shopping and touring the little coastal town of Ensenada. I like the light cast by the setting sun.

  17. i'd love to be in that ship! i always had a great time on ships during summer vacation when i was a kid.

  18. Great shots. That mountain top beyond seems to have some patches of snow on top.

I like to cruise on smaller ships. The big ones have too many people on them, and some fall overboard. LOL They must be too drunk. LOL

  25. On the recent cruise ship I was on, three complete laps on the promenade deck equals one mile. On any given day, there's a lot of cruisers either walking or jogging there to burn calories from hanging out too much in the dining areas LOL. Happy Valentine's Day!

  28. I used to go to Ensenada a long time ago (about forty years ago). My boy friend's parents had a small trailer in a park just north of town. Ensenada was a sleepy (unless you count the night life) little place in those days. I bet it is really different now. I invite you to come see my nautical cruise in Coastal BC. - Margy

  33. isn't that lovely? there's a running track inside the ship:D now, i won't get bored. I love the background with the mountain side peeping out.

  34. Those are wonderful shots. I guess people in a cruise tend to spend more time relaxing and pampering themselves rather than exercising on the deck.
