I haven't ever been to the Philippines but interesting to know that parts of Queens, NY remind you of there. I almost got stumped by the creamy theme too.
ReplyDeleteLove your NY Minutes photos - hope you had a good trip.
ReplyDeleteI struggled with creamy too and almost didn't post this week. Thanks for visiting mine and see you next week!
Lovely photograph indeed.
ReplyDeleteDid you like my line of clouds in the Val di Susa???

Thanks for your information about Joy. It's more than a week I can't display Norwich Daily Photo: IE7 gives me a message of "impossible connection". However, I hope all is going well for Joy.
Have a great weekend!
I have never been to the Philippines :(
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't know what a typical Philippine city looks like but I'll take your word for it.
ReplyDelete:-)
Actually, the PhotoHunt doesn't officially start until tnchick posts her picture, and that's some 10 hours away!! so go ahead and do some hunting in your archives!!
ReplyDeleteNot having been to the Philippines, I can't say, but it doesn't look like NY! I love the color of the sky!
ReplyDeleteAh! only this one looks cleaner than Philippines, hehheh...beautiful scene.
ReplyDeleteseems very quiet n peaceful in this pic. from TV, they always show the busy part of the city
ReplyDeleteLooks to me like an average American city.
ReplyDeleteLooked very deserted and quiet.
ReplyDeleteIt's a pleasant street scene with a fine center dividing line of trees. As to the Phillipines...don't know. The low viewpoint makes the building to the right loom over the shot... very effective.
ReplyDeleteOh yes it does.
ReplyDeleteWow, amazingly clean and eh, a tad barren! lol
ReplyDeleteonly cleaner. hahaha...
ReplyDeleteThere's also a lot of Filipinos residing in Queens.
ReplyDeleteQueens is the most ethnically diverse borough in New York City. It is home to a very large Filipino community.
