  12. It's a pleasant street scene with a fine center dividing line of trees. As to the Phillipines...don't know. The low viewpoint makes the building to the right loom over the shot... very effective.

  15. Queens is the most ethnically diverse borough in New York City. It is home to a very large Filipino community.
